Management
Vianney SOUPLET, Ph.D., Co-Founder & President
Vianney holds a Ph.D. in Biology and a Master's Degree in Management. Vianney has held various positions in high-growth life science companies before founding Innobiochips in 2008. Vianney mainly oversees and manages finance, business development and sales strategy.
Christophe OLIVIER, Ph.D., Co-Founder, Director of Industrial Transfer and Regulatory Affairs
Author of numerous publications and patents in the field of micro- and nanotechnologies, Christophe holds a PhD in biomolecular chemistry. Christophe's mission is to ensure the regulatory compliance of Innobiochips' solutions and their industrial transfer to partners.
Julia HOYPIERRES, Ph.D., Production Manager
Julia holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Rouen. She specializes in physical chemistry of polymers and surfaces and has contributed to the industrialization of several Innobiochips technologies. Julia ensures the manufacturing quality and compliance of Innobiochips' solutions.
Pierre LEBRUN, Ph.D., Product Design Manager
Pierre holds a PhD in Biochemistry-Microbiology from the Institut Pasteur in Lille. He has held several positions in academic laboratories focused on human health. Pierre's primary responsibility is to optimize the design and specifications of Innobiochips products and solutions to maximize efficiency, precision and ease of use.
Scientific Board
Innobiochips' Scientific Advisory Board consists of world-renowned experts in the fields of multiplex diagnostics, molecular biology and clinical medicine. We established the Board to bring together the perspectives of those who use the tests, those who make the tests, and those who are involved in envisioning the future of in vitro diagnostics. The Board provides invaluable guidance to our company as we develop and commercialize innovative multiplex diagnostic products for a broad range of diseases.
Julie THIBAULT
With a PhD in Microbiology, Julie has worked in the in-vitro diagnostics and medical device industry for 13 years. Her skills extend beyond R&D, as she is well versed in quality assurance, regulatory affairs and industrial production constraints.
Peter SCHWIND
Peter has a PhD in protein biochemistry and 30 years of experience in the diagnostics industry at top-level companies as CEO, R&D Director and Chairman of the Board. He has been responsible for the commercialization of more than 60 new products (CE certified and FDA cleared). He is the author of 10 granted patents, 20 peer-reviewed publications and numerous presentations at scientific conferences.
Christophe MARTINAUD
Christophe is a Doctor of Medicine with a PhD in Molecular Biology, specializing in Laboratory Medicine. He has worked in transfusion medicine in France as Medical Director, Laboratory Manager and Head of Research and Innovation. In particular, he directed the CTSA (French Army Blood Transfusion Center). He is currently Medical Affairs Director in a company that has revolutionized the PCR testing market. Throughout his career, he has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed articles and presented several times at international meetings.
Strategic Board
To complement the vision of the Management, Innobiochips has established a Strategic Committee composed exclusively of investors and company directors with significant experiences in growth strategies in complex markets.
François-René LETOURNEUR
François-René LETOURNEUR, CEO of Finovam Gestion, is an experienced venture capital investor and manager with board experience in accelerated growth situations. M&A experience in deal structuring, negotiation and closing. He holds an engineering degree and a MBA.
Guillaume BRUNIAUX
Guillaume Bruniaux is in charge of Nord France Amorçage, an investment fund owned by the Hauts-de-France region with European sponsorship and managed by the Siparex Group. NFA supports innovation in the Hauts-de-France region by investing in innovative companies.
Claude GRENIER
Claude Grenier is CEO of Gènes Diffusion, a long-standing partner of Innobiochips and an international leader in genetics and genomics for the agri-food sector. Of Canadian origin, he brings a highly international vision to our development strategy, particularly on the North American market.
